SUNDAY, MARCH 24 5/10 km Map Walk (Rated 2B): Meet at Crystal Pool, 2275 Quadra Street, Victoria V8T 4C4. Please park on the road, not in the parking lot. Registration starts at 9:30 am and closes at 9:50 am. The walk starts at 10:00 am. Contact person is Diane at 250-477-4785. The 10 km walk is a lovely walk, especially at this time of the year when all the flowers are starting to come into bloom. It includes the fine views from Summit and Peacock Parks and beautiful Playfair Park. 5 km walkers have a choice of two loops. The scenic Summit and Peacock Parks loop is rated 3C while the easier but interesting Fernwood loop is rated 1A.
