We are excited to announce our Senior Sunday at the upcoming ArtisTREE Festival, taking place on Sunday morning, July 27th, at Government House.
Senior Sunday is a quieter window within the festival weekend, specially created to provide a welcoming and accessible experience for older adults. To make the morning even more engaging, we’ve programmed a joyful set by the Capital City Syncopators, paired with swing dance lessons by Red Hot Swing — an uplifting, low-pressure activity open to all abilities Sunday morning at 11am at the bandshell.
ArtisTREE is a free, all-ages, and inclusive celebration of arts, culture, and connection — orchestrated throughout the beautiful Government House Grounds. The festival features an artisan market with 150 different artists, as well as art demonstrations, performance and installation art, family activities and an indigenous makerspace. There is space for picnics and we have great food trucks available.
