Contact is Beverley at 250-598-4316. This is the ‘Arts Alive’ tour of Oak Bay – an annual public art display and competition. The sculptures are on display for one year. The sculpture with the most votes from the public is declared the winner and is usually purchased by the Municipality of Oak Bay to become part of its permanent public art collection.
