Over 25 years to reflect back on her caregiving role...

Irene Laing cared for her mother for 9 years, and even though Irene was a nurse, it still had its challenges. She now serves on the board of the Family Caregivers' Network in Victoria, BC, and has had many years to reflect back upon her role as a caregiver. The Family Caregivers' Network offers support groups, workshops, and tele-workshops for people on Vancouver Island and throughout British Columbia.
