An Enhanced Listing is one that incorporates More Contact Information and/or More Visuals.
Providing this additional detail in your listing will provide Potential Customers with the Name and Direct Contact Information so that the interested party knows the right person to talk to, and how to reach them quickly by either phone or email.
Adding Photos or Videos to your listing will help Potential Clients visualize your Residence as they make the crucial decision who to contact. Adding your Residence Events (private or public) to your listing is just another way to demonstrate to Potential Clients what they can expect for activities or socializing.
