Salt Spring Island, BC is Apple Heaven, Growing over 350 varieties of apples organically. We even grow red-fleshed apples. Last year, our Pie Ladies baked 149 apple pies identified by 15 apple varieties used. The apple display at Fulford Hall had 316 apple varieties. Visit 17 farms. Become an Apple Connoisseur. Taste more apples than you can believe. Experience apple history back to 1860.
