Why should I care?
Considering quality in health care through life’s last chapter, and why family caregivers matter.
Author Janet Dunnett will read from her memoir of caregiving, called The Dwindling. Selecting stories to encourage sharing from participants, we will explore why caregivers are the glue connecting medical practitioners to quality of life at the edge of life. Dunnett challenges caregivers to consider why owning their expertise and sharing their lived experience can improve end of life care. And that will matter to all of us!
