With Threaded Needle 2010

A special theme section for this year is titled "Garden of Delights". There will be everything from free embroidery to crewel, to hardanger, to cross stitch, to samplers, to needlepoint, to canvas work, to lace making, to beading, to original designs with any any of the previous techniques. Special guests this year will be the Metis Nation of Greater Victoria who will be demonstrating a beading technique they are trying to revive. Also 2010 is the 40th Anniversary of the Embroiderers' Guild of Victoria. There will be a display of embroidered items that have won prizes over the years in various competitions here in Victoira and nationally. So please come and see what we are doing with a Threaded Needle!
