Many music enthusiasts (myself included) who have heard Maestro Diemecke (known to many as the vibrant former concert master of the Victoria Symphony for 20 years) perform in Victoria (both in a symphony and chamber settings), recognize this artist as being one of the world's great violinists. Maestro Diemecke has a unique touch in handling the bow, which lends a distinctive expressiveness that puts him in the league of world class.
