Discussion Forum Monitoring

It's been brought to my attention that inappropriate content is being posted to this site. Please note that whenever you see something that is inappropriate you can click on a tag on the bottom right side of the comment that says "Mark as Violation". This will send an email straight to our office and we will evaluate the comment immediately and remove it if we feel it violates our policy or is inappropriate in some way. Meanwhile, we will step up our own monitoring of this site in the hopes that we can deter those who use the site for purposes other than relevant discussion. Publisher.

Mark as Violation

Barbara, how about all the advertising? And the websites plus other nonsensical stuff that mean nothing? This does not seem to be a "DISCUSSION Forum" any more. Pity.

Mark as Violation

Cynthia, I have been keeping track of the forum as much as possible lately and just did another clean today. Hopefully all the readers in the forum will help me out and Report any inappropriate comments or any Spam/Advertising.

Thanks for the clean up, Shayna. Perhaps now the Book Club can return, at least starting in the Fall.

That thanks goes for me too. I noticed the inappropriate content but figured we were stuck with it in the name of free speech so stopped visiting as often. Again, thanks.
