Chuck Palmer has been an avid investor for over 30 years while employed in sales and management for more than two decades in the steel service centre industry in both British Columbia and Alberta. Most recently he was one of 13 original managing shareholders for the Encore Group which was a $200 million dollar private equity limited partnership consortium of three core companies based in Edmonton, Alberta. He was Operations Manager for one of the Calgary facilities with a staff of thirty personnel and also held the position of Site Manager for the formal safety program which was of European origin based on the International Safety Rating System in Norway.
To compliment this extensive background Chuck recently completed the Certified Financial Planning Program at the University Of Victoria with plans to write the final exam in June 2009. Chuck enjoys working with small business owners both past and present and can readily communicate with them from personal experience.
Chuck also focuses his practice on seniors of 50 plus years of age with a view to assisting those individuals with tax planning and estate planning requirements. His goal is to protect clients assets and educate them to make the ideal decisions that will allow them to best fulfill their goals and objectives.

Philip Bisset-Covaneiro is a recent graduate from the University of Victoria where he completed his undergraduate degree with a Bachelor of Science of Economics.
Born in Lisbon, Portugal, raised by his Portuguese Father and Canadian Mother, Philip learned quickly that the world was full of diverse cultures. After spending time in Macau, China, as well as many parts of Europe and the United States, before settling down in North Vancouver for High School and then Victoria for University.
Philip has welcomed the multi-cultural landscape and looks forward to working with people from any financial, economic, or cultural background.
He also enjoys working with the 50 years and over demographic. Philip has a personal passion for multi-generational planning.
